In 2024 I wrote 64,395 words solely on main ideas I've fleshed out.
And that's not some vanity metric to flex about, there's something deeper in the art of creating something new, out of your own mind, and putting out onto the world.
Before this, I never put out anything onto the world, I never created a thing and that kind of got to me,
But that's no longer a problem I face, I consider myself a Creator now,
So why should you become a Creator? And what even is a Creator?
What a Creator is
When I say the word Creator, what comes to mind?
In the digital age, "Content Creator" might be the first thing that comes to mind.
But that's not what I'm talking about. A Creator is an action that becomes part of who you are.
Instead of doing repetitive actions that don't benefit anyone or even yourself, you create based on your own creativity and ideas. Effectively bringing things from the chaos of your mind and imagination, into something of order.
That to me is what a Creator is. Even me writing this Essay is me creating.
Why you should Become a Creator
There is something freeing when you create something out of nothing and then is turned into an orderly state of creation.
We are all Creators, and it really begins with the Genesis account. God creating order out of chaos.
Creators do that act every time. From chaos to order, and that alone is fulfilling, a feeling like no other.
Think back to when you were a kid, when you were doing a jigsaw puzzle, when you first opened it, it was chaos. All the pieces in a random manner, and you probably thought to yourself that you had no chance of creating the image on the box.
But after deliberate effort and focus, and piece after piece you created order out of chaos.
I'm sure you can remember the feeling.
The same is felt whenever you create now. Whether that be an art piece, writing, code or media, creating will give you fulfilment that no job can offer.

There's also another reason why you should create. AI.
AI is coming fast and the race towards AGI, and potentially ASI is well underway.
Jobs will be replaced, but if you create, you have nothing to worry about. Because what makes humans fundamentally human is the capacity to think, and create.
Creating masterpieces out of nothing. Creating things that align with your purpose will set you up in the Age of Artificial Intelligence that will come.
You may be wondering, "what should I create?"
The answer is simple. Create anything and then find what aligns with you the most.
I started with 3D Modelling, Editing, Code, and now it's primarily writing on my interests and curiosities and creating projects from there.
Take the leap of faith now by creating anything and that sense of fulfilment will soon come.
